Lime Crime Hi Lite Unicorns Review

I’m back again with another Lime Crime review and today I just had to share my Hi-Lite Unicorns highlighter palette with you! Now… I have 2 concerns: 1) Why am I only hearing about Lime Crime makeup now and 2) Is there even a more perfect highlighter palette than this one?!

My jaw literally dropped when I saw this palette! I really don’t know what I loved more… the gorgeous iridescent packaging or the blinding glow on the highlighter shades. Everything about this palette is so perfect and so far I’ve been using it as a face highlighter as well as an eyeshadow – it really looks amazing as a shimmer pigment on the eyelid.

It has 3 stunning shades – a pink (Happyland), a green (Frolic) and a mauve (Daydreamin) and although I love all 3 of them, the mauve shade has to be my favourite because of its gold flecks that has the best two-tone effect on your skin. Again the packaging is 10/10, closes magnetically and feels very weighty to endure any sort of knock. There’s not mirror on the inside of this one though but that wasn’t an issue for me.

Now for the best part: the Lime Crime Hi-Lite range comes in not one, not two, but five different variations! They are the Unicorns (my one pictured and reviewed), Angels, Mermaids, Blossoms and Opals so there’s a Hi-Lite for every glowing goddess out there!

You can get it on LookFantastic for £35.00 and the prices might differ slightly if you purchase it straight from the Lime Crime website. This is definitely worth every penny and if you thought for once that I planned to buy each and every single one of them, then you’re absolutely right!

You might have seen this look I created on last week’s blog post which you can read about HERE, but here’s a look I created where I used the colour Frolic Hi-Lite for a stunning cut-crease.
