Spring Has Sprung With Essence #MyMessage Fragrances!

Essence Cosmetics have yet again delivered an amazing collection of fragrances and this time it’s inspired by one of the biggest things of our generation – social media! Using “emoji’s” have become such an essential part of our online conversations which is why you’ll see the stunning #mymessage fragrances decorated with some of the cutest emoji’s 🙂

The collection is available in 5 different fragrances – Luck, Smile, Love, Kiss and Wow and the packaging holds true to the #mymessage idea as you can even write your own message on the back for if you wanted to gift it to a friend.

I love the actual glass bottle that it comes in as it’s a perfect pocket size and fits perfectly into your handbag. Also each fragrance is slightly tinted to the color emoji that it’s been inspired by which I thought was really nice too. They are available in 30ml bottles and retail for R99.95 at Clicks stores nationwide.

Fruity kiwi and a hint of green apple combined with black current and freesia is what is used to create the fruity freshness top note. White blossoms and peach blossoms are then added as the heart note and musk and vanilla to give it that lovely woody finish.

Fruity and aquatic – this one has to be my favourite! Bergamot, watermelon, lemon and cranberry is fused together to create this gorgeous top note. Rounded off with a breeze of ocean freshness as well as musk you’re left with a base note that will leave you feeling WOW.

If there’s one fragrance that’s going to put a smile on your face it’s this one! A fruity, citric top note which includes passion fruit, pineapple, coconut and tangerine – can you say fruit cocktail?! Vanilla and sandalwood is added to the base note to make this eau de toilette truly unique.

Most certainly the sweetest kiss! Red and black current, apple and raspberry is what makes up this sweet top note. A creamy almond scent is what is used to create the sensual heart note and vanilla, musk and cotton candy rounds this one up as the base note. Sweet! 🙂

If the feeling of love had a scent – it would be this one! Tangerine, grapefruit, raspberry and pear gives this one it’s fruity and sparkling top note. Red orchid and jasmine for the floral component heart note and then sandalwood, creamy caramel and musk to bring all these lovely scents together as the base note.

There you have it! I’m super impressed by this new collection of Essence fragrances and I just love how they brought all the scents together to create wonderful fragrances that can truly express #mymessage.
